A. Snatch balance x 1 + OHS x 2 on the 90sec for 4sets warmup weight
B. Power snatch 1 rep on the 30sec for 10mins You pick weight and keep it perfect! Snappy and 90% of all reps must be perfect. If this is not the case the weight is too heavy.
C. Back Squat @20X1; 10, 10, 10, 10; rest 2mins push it

80-90% effort Grinder pace 50/35# scale it as needed
DB at side walk lunges 30 steps
20 burpees
DB FR walk lunges 30 steps
40 box jump sd 24/20"
DB FR walk lunges 30 steps
20 burpees
DB at side walk lunges 30 steps

15mins easy spin on bike
