Have some fun! This is a tough day after yesterday Growthers! I still want you to push through this. There are times in qualifiers and other things when overlap will take place. This isn’t the worst overlap but there is some. Warmup well and still push it! Some of you actually might feel great! Let me know how you feel today after coming of yesterday! Have fun!

For time:

50 overhead squats
40 bar-facing burpees
40 back-rack walking lunges
30 bar-facing burpees
30 cleans
20 bar-facing burpees
20 single-leg squats
10 muscle-ups

95/65# (43/29-kg) barbell

Time cap: 20 minutes


Later in the day

30-60mins Hike outside with pack
