B2. Pressing snatch balance light and perfect 3-4sec count down and explode up 3-4reps; rest 90sec
C1. Front foot elevated split squat; @20X1; 12/leg; rest 10sec
C2. BB cuban press; 8-10reps; rest 10sec
C3. DB Lateral Raises; 12-15; rest 90sec x 3

7min 90% effort
3 TTB
3 Wall balls 20/14# 10' target
3 box jump on and over
increase reps by 3 every round

15mins easy spin on bike
