A. Full Snatch build to a moderate to tough single in 12mins "Exposure"
B. Clean and Jerk 74% of 1rm on the min for 8-10mins "Training" one perfect rep 12 DU buy in each set
C1. Segmented Snatch deadlift 2sec pause 1" off the ground - just below the knee - and mid thigh - then stand up and repeat; 3, 3, 3, 3; rest 30sec
C2. Hip Thrust @11X2; 8-10; rest 90sec x 4sets

1 Bar MU If you are skilled here increase by 1 every round if you need work keep it at 1rep each round scale as needed
15 DU
Run 125m shuttle

5 sets all exact same pace
10 deadlifts 185/135#
10 lateral burpees
